With a career spanning global brands and industries, Heven has built a reputation for strategic leadership, talent acquisition expertise and operational excellence.
Before founding Gemini Middle East, Heven held key roles at internationally renowned organizations, including Mercedes-Benz Australia, where she provided C-suite/ HR Support and L’Oréal Australia & New Zealand, where she played a pivotal role in HR & Operations, with a strong focus on recruitment for the luxury division. This diverse experience has shaped Heven’s deep understanding of the corporate landscape and the talent strategies that drive success.
Western-educated, Heven holds a bachelor’s degree in Business Management from an esteemed Australian university. Her vision for Gemini Middle East is to redefine recruitment by offering a tailored, high-touch approach that ensures the perfect synergy between clients and candidates.
With a dynamic career spanning Human Resources, Marketing, Finance, and Talent Development, Anabel Sanchez brings a unique blend of expertise in driving organizational growth through strategic recruitment. Holding a degree in Business Administration and a dual Master’s in Digital Marketing and E-commerce from Madrid, Spain, Anabel combines HR leadership, business operations, marketing insight, and financial acumen in her recruitment approach.
